I’ve always loved celebrating people—pulling together just the right details to make someone feel seen, known, and special. The idea for Rachel Block Events first sparked while I was working closely with my planner during my own wedding. I found myself completely immersed in the design process, from gathering inspiration to creating detailed visual guides that brought the aesthetic to life.
Since then, I’ve planned everything from intimate dinners to baby showers, birthday parties, and branded events—each one curated with care, intention, and elevated design. What started as a creative outlet quickly became a full-time business, and I haven’t looked back.
Today, I bring both big-picture vision and behind-the-scenes organization to every event I plan. I’m the one who sweats the details (so you don’t have to) and makes sure the day runs smoothly.
